| August 25, 2023: I've been playing with geared locos this morning. |

| August 25, 2023: After some trial and error as to where to place the completed
wagon, it looks like it will settle on the location where the Duesenberg
scrap car body was placed between the engine house and the blacksmith shop.
The abandoned Duesenberg body was moved to the back of the saloon. Something
seems to make a better story here. |

| August 25, 2023: The only one of the three commercial buildings on our
layout with an interior is a saloon. The lighting in this saloon was too
dim to see the interior, which is the most important part of the building.
So we replaced the lighting and increased the "peeking" pleasure. |

| Aug 26, 2023:. Triple headers of geared lengines with a Westside snowplow
in the lead. The operation of double/triple headers with different draft
sounds is what got us started in DCC. |
